Since our last update, our developers have been diligently improving our New Virtual Portal. As virtual and hybrid events evolve, we remain committed to delivering an intuitive, engaging, and high-performance platform that meets the growing needs of modern event organizers and attendees. 

While the New Virtual Portal has already been successfully used for several events, development is still ongoing to refine its capabilities and ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all users. In response to this trend, the Virtual Portal’s user interface (UI) has been redesigned with full mobile responsiveness in mind.

Magic Login Links can be automatically sent via email or retrieved from the Event Dashboard by administrators. This helps eliminate common access issues, improves the onboarding experience, and reduces the volume of technical support requests during your event.

This feature is especially valuable for less tech-savvy attendees who might otherwise struggle with login steps or abandon the process entirely. As a result, your event becomes more inclusive and welcoming to a broader audience. 

For organizers seeking to offer a seamless check-in process, especially for large-scale or multi-session events, this feature can be a game changer. By removing login barriers, Magic Links significantly reduce no-show rates, a major win for event organizers focused on maximizing attendance and engagement.

SmartSight and Custom Report Compatible

Understanding how attendees engage with your event is key to continuous improvement. That’s why we've integrated SmartSight and Custom Reporting tools into the New Virtual Portal.
