This unified approach ensures a consistent look and feel across PheedLoop’s ecosystem, reducing the learning curve for our users and delivering a seamless event experience from start to finish.

Despite the new look, our users still have unmatched flexibility in customizing their Virtual Portal’s fonts, themes, and colors to align with their unique needs. The most anticipated enhancement is the introduction of mobile access. Previously, the Virtual Portal was restricted to desktops only, meaning attendees were often tied to a laptop. Today, we’re thrilled to announce that the Virtual Portal now offers a fully optimized mobile experience, increasing flexibility and accessibility for all users!

The mobile view of the Virtual Portal mirrors the desktop experience, ensuring all attendees enjoy the visually consistent interface while still having full access to its default features. This enhancement reflects our dedication to creating accessible and flexible solutions, allowing attendees and event organizers to engage and immerse themselves in virtual events effortlessly.

By expanding the accessibility of the Virtual Portal to mobile devices, PheedLoop empowers event organizers to host inclusive events while encouraging attendees to participate on any device. Smarter and Cleaner Pages

The revamped Virtual Portal brings significant updates to all pages, with the Sessions and Schedule pages receiving the most transformative changes.

The Sessions page is at the heart of every event, facilitating all presentations, discussions, and networking. Understanding its significance, our team did a complete makeover to improve both capabilities and visual appeal. One of the most notable updates includes a modernized chat, Q&A, and polls section, enabling seamless networking among all stakeholders. The update introduces new icons to guide users when content is unavailable which improves navigation when attendees network with others, making the most out of their virtual event experience. We’ve also restructured the hierarchy for date, time, session titles, moderators, tracks, and logos of the session list, offering better visibility and organization. Last but not least, the two key UI updates include dropdown icons within menus for simplified navigation within sessions and an increase in the size of the adding sessions button so that attendees can easily plan out their event agenda. 

Similarly, the Schedule page also underwent a major transformation to improve usability. We’ve replaced the grid layout with a time-based organization system, displaying sessions from earliest to latest with clear timestamps for enhanced readability. Filters have also been redesigned to dropdown menus instead of listing everything all at once, making it easier for attendees to search for the sessions they are most interested in. 

These updates were crafted with attendee feedback in mind, ensuring a more intuitive, enjoyable, and user-friendly experience for everyone involved!
